Happy St. Patricks Day Everyone! For as long as I can remember, my Mom would make Corn Beef & Cabbage for St. Patricks Day dinner. She would start the dinner in the crock pot the night before & that would trigger a good 24 hours of complaining from my dear little sister. Now that I have my own family I'd like the carry on this tradition, only thing missing is someone complaining of the smell!
